Batteries, Bulbs, Aerosols
Process
- Batteries contain a wide array of toxic heavy metals
- Fluorescent Lamps contain highly toxic mercury
- Spent Aerosol spray cans contain residue of toxic products and propellant
Our systems prevent toxins to pollute atmosphere, soils or water and recover valuable metals for recycling.
Spent Aerosol Can Recycling
Recovery Metal Can - Safely Dispose Residues
The system punctures spent aerosol can in a vacuum chamber and pumps residual gases and fluid to a gas tank (for disposal). The metal cans are compacted and ejected for recycling.
Light Bulb Recycling
Turning Lightbulbs into Clean Glass Cullet and Pure Mercury
The system shredds spent flourescent lihgt bulb, separatesand rejects all non-glass items such as plastics , sockets and switches. Then clean glass cullet is separated from mercury coated material.Clean glass cullet is recycled. Mercury coated material is batch processed in amercury distiller. The clean mercury can be marketed. All systems are durctproof and keep processed material from environment.
Battery Recycling
Heavy metal recovery for recycling.
Optical sorter separates spent consumer batteries according to chemical composition and heavy metal content for thermal recycling.
