Process
Rubberwood roots & stumps have a high energy potential in boiler combustion. However, they pose high demands on the process and equipment quality as they are highly contaminated with stones and sand.
CBE's Rubberwood to Woodchip system includes:
- Pre-Shredder low rotation, high torque shredder with an open cutting table to reduce infeed material with lowest possible wear and tear
- Heavy Duty Disc Screen: screen removing sand, stones, sand
- Wood Grinder: high rotation hammer grinder reducing material to final boiler infeed size
Parawood Waste
Function
reduce material to <500mm particle size. Robust low rotation high torque double shaft direct drive hydraulic shredder. Each shaft one engine, operate independent and autoreverse and autostop. No gearbox, no chains. Knives welded on shafts, no breaking, no rebolting, no replacement of knives. Scheduled maintenance only, no interruption of work.

Function
An induction field beneath belt measures conductivity of every single item on the belt. Hard- & Software read belt load and remove according to the programming of the operator (e.g. remove all non-wood materials from woodchips or remove all copper items from alu). 8bar high pressure valves adress single items to be removed / recovered.
